Plot[]
After being briefly stunned by the satellite laser attack and its deflection, Natsuo comes to his senses and realizes he is not dead. While Haihane does her best to fan away the steam, Benitsubasa hovers over him and adamantly declares she will not let him die. This causes Natsuo to reflect on the circumstances of their meeting, and he comes to the realization that he does have feelings for his Sekirei after all. His surge of emotion reaches Karasuba; she finds it discomforting. Musubi explains that that connection with an Ashikabi is the thing Yume could never have, and thus led her to take the actions she did. Just then military helicopters arrive over Kamikura Island; Minaka explains to Mikogami and Mutsu that the Sekirei ship is damaged and therefore communications are down, leading external forces to think MBI is vulnerable. At MBI HQ, Takami does her best to manage a chaotic situation: they are under attack by military forces and Minaka and the Disciplinary Squad are out of contact. Just as the military begins to assault the building, Takami gets a phone call; Yukari and Shiina have heard the commotion and come to MBI's aid.
