Plot

Minaka interrupts the newscast reporting the appearance of Kamikura Island to announce the beginning of the Fourth Stage. MBI troops pick up the remaining Ashikabi and their Sekirei and deposit them at an MBI base on Kamikura Island, where the Ashikabi immediately begin weakening. Using the base's P.A. system, Minaka explains that due to its long exposure to the Jinki the island emits an effect that is deadly to Ashikabi; but the Jinki can also be used to nullify the effect.
