Got my copy today...It’s gigantic, and covers the three-part "prequel" and on through Chapter 16.
I fixed the ISBN links on the Manga page so they link properly to the "Book Sources" page again. Just in case, here is the link to Amazon:

I don't understand the question. The paperbacks will still be called Sekirei as far as I know. If you mean the name of the new manga that is starting soon, yes I know the name.
It was on Yen Press' site. I check it out regularly to see if new titles are going to be picked up and if new release dates for digital volumes of Sekirei have popped up. The link to the announcement is right there in my post, which you quoted.
People will spread whatever rumors they want, there's nothing that can be done...
I have to wonder, where is there left to go? The story is wrapped up. There are no loose ends. I mean, I guess something could happen (Minaka could screw something up on Kouten) and the everyday lives of Sekirei and Ashikabis would be going forward...but that's the only way I can see to resume the manga. I can't wait to see it but I feel a mixture of excitement and wariness.
SageM pointed to this ANN post announcing the return:
The wraparound jacket band on Sakurako Gokurakuin's 2nd Brave Star ☆ Romantics manga volume announced on Saturday that Gokurakuin's earlier manga Sekirei is returning as a regular series. Sekirei will resume in this year's 10th issue of Square Enix's Young Gangan magazine on May 2. The advertisement for the manga has the subtitle "Kanojo no Inai 365-Hi no Koto" (About 365 Days Without a Girlfriend). It further teases, "One year with his girlfriend gone. One year until she returns."
Yen Press announced that they will begin releasing hardcopy versions of several previously digital-only titles, including our beloved Sekirei. Sekirei releases in this form will begin this July. No firmer dates were announced yet.
Edit: Vol. 1 release date is 7/18.
Vol. 8: Jan 31, 2017
Vol. 9: Mar 21, 2017
Vol. 10: May 23, 2017
Vol. 11: July 18, 2017
Vol. 12: Sept 26, 2017
Yeah, it was really good. But after 10 years doing the same story, I can understand wanting to end it and move on to do something else.
The English scanlations haven't been completed yet (get on the stick, GodricKharg :) ) but it indeed appears that there was a good ending.
They aren't dead, they are unconscious. They voluntarily passed along their Tama energy to Musubi, who used it to jump-start Minato's "Ashikabi core" which the Jinki had drained. Then she took on all the energy of the other Sekireis that were left on the island (it hasn't been revealed if she also received the energy of the Sekireis back at MBI or hiding outside Shinto Teito) and transported Minato and herself up to Kouten to face #00.
Fortunately for you, Mr. Landlord only makes that one appearance in the story. So you can safely enjoy the rest of the story, which is mainly concerned with exploring the relationships between Sekireis and Ashikabis, their history, and the workings and purpose of the Sekirei Plan.
OK, you seriously need to rethink your attitude. I tried to engage you in a civil discussion about Sekirei, but it seems you are more interested in continuing your ugly defamation of the Japanese people. That is not tolerated on this site, and I mean on wikia.com not just this Sekirei wiki. Your hate speech is not welcome here.
We don't know a lot about Mr. Landlord. We do know that after evicting Minato, he agreed to refund his security deposit in full after Musubi was polite to him. He also seems to have reconsidered his rental policy shortly thereafter, as he allowed Haruka Shigi and #95 Kuno to at least temporarily rent the same apartment Minato had been in. So while irascible and ill-tempered, he doesn't seem to be completely heartless.
As far as your second hypothesis, it's highly unlikely any of those things would happen. Being an Ashikabi or Sekirei is not illegal; indeed, since the existence of Sekireis is a closely-guarded secret, the public at large has no idea that any such beings exist outside of legend, thus there is no reason to even consider such policies. Those entities that do know of the existence of Sekireis are more interested in capturing them and putting them to use for their own benefit rather than exterminating them.
May 31st is the official date for Vol. 4. Order early, order often :)
South Park did pretty well for itself but I much prefer the Final Fantasy option for Sekirei :)
As far as we know, all the Sekireis (with the possible exceptions of Kazehana, Hikari, and Hibiki) are. Not for lack of interest...Miya was deeply in love with Takehito, but they didn't have a lot of time together before he died. Remember that Takehito was obsessed with his work, and Miya was busy leading the Disciplinary Squad fighting off multiple invasions.
It's actually a woman who created this story :) And she has completed her story; the final chapters of the manga have been released in Japan and in due course will be translated into English. Don't despair; and if you are having suicidal thoughts you need to talk to someone about them. Suicide is an irrevocable choice, and not something to be done on a whim or as a result of bad chemicals (alcohol doesn't help!). You only get one shot at life, and you never know what tomorrow will bring. A cute girl (or guy!) might fall out of the sky and land on you :)
Yen Press haven't fixed their website yet, but we can deduce that Volume 4 will (hopefully) be released along towards the end of May.
